SP to Excel, Created By and Modified by values arent what it is in SP

Hi,

In Created by and Modified by in SP my value may be "Louis Stevens"

But when using Get Items and trying to bring these values into an excel table It is showing as

{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser","Claims":"i:0#.f|membership|louis.stevens@gmail.com","DisplayName":"Stevens, Louis (he/him/his)","Email":"louis.stevens@gmail.com","Picture":"URL&AccountName=louis.stevens@gmail.com","Department":"Tax","JobTitle":"Senior Manager"}

please help
