I am creating a Contract of Employment from a form submission, using variables to input the correct text into the contract template document.  I would like to format some of this text as headers making them Bold and Underlined, how do I do this?

    Hey @bradburya

I am not sure about contract template document. Which connector are you using?

Did you try "HTML to text" connector...

    Hi @cf

I have tried to use this but my result comes out as plain text as is not underlined or in bold.  what I am trying to achieve is  a paragraph that I can insert into a word document template like

    Holiday

    The holiday year runs from

    but mine looks like

    Holiday

    The holiday year runs from

@bradburya - Ok. I understand that you are using an "Word template" and I think we have hit a limitation 😥

The problem is that rich text is not supported for Word Templates in Flow. Source: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/wordonlinebusiness/#createfileitem. You can check all the available features and limitations here.

I remember there has been an idea and it will should be actioned by Microsoft soon...
