This is the 1st time for me on the platform.
We have an App that was build by our Technical team. I do not have access to the System side nor the back end.
Currently the process have 4 point of running a flow. Creater and the the 3 levels of approvers. For some reason new users cannot run any flows.
I raised the question on licenses as this is in their domain to optain a license for the newly appointed users but they confirmed that that is not the issues.
We create new email accounts for them still the same issues.
One of the error messages they received when running a flow is That didn't work with anohter message Error: Somehing ent wrong. Please refresh the page or try again after some time.
2nd error message the same as above but talking about Error: Tenant [with a code] is not allowed to use the test enviroment.
The technical team cannot resolve the issues and this have a huge effect on Business side.
