Bad Gateway error 504! Please help!

My Flow has been working fine for a few months. 
 
Today, suddenly I received a Flow Failed Notification . The detail error message is like this.  Please help!

    I believe it was Microsoft issue.  I didn't do anything, the flow managed to run successfully few hours later.

    Was this an issue with your flow or a Microsoft issue? I'm getting lots of BadGateway/error 504/error 429 flow has been throttled errors since yesterday...
