'Get manager' action failed in flow 'Request manager approval'

I have created a request time off form that populates an SPO list and now I want it to email the manager for approval, however, it is getting an error. I have verified the manager field is filled out on the employee's profile. Below is the error

I went to the link but wasn't able to figure out what I am missing

Hi @ajelder01 ,

I tried replicating the below in my tenant and it was working as expected.

Just checking that the manager value is populated in Azure Active Directory and not just SPO?

I did confirm in Azure AD the manager field is populated. You mention in SPO as well. Where would I check that field in SPO?

I am now getting this in the flow checker
