how to define Flow administrator and end user

In a company, we want to group two kinds of Flow user: Administrator and End User.

Can we set an administrator to create the Flow and assign permission to run the Flow and End User just run the Flow?

End User can only see his authorized Flow.

Thanks,

Joe

    Hi @v-xida-msft

I have a flow for geting the file from Notes Entity of Dynamics 365 and upload it to SharePoint,
Flow Runs "When a record is created"  in the Notes Entity.
When file uploaded to SharePoint, it shows the name of owner of the Flow in the column of "Created By" or "Modified By" not the triggering user, i want file should upload to SharePoint on the Context of user who upload the file in Notes entity of Dynamics CRM (flow will trigger whenever a file is uploaded to Notes)
and im unable to find the "Manage Run-Only Users" in the flow properties.

    Any help will be appriciated.

    Thanks

    MBilal

    Hi @JoeAu,

If you want a user to be a Flow administrator, you should assign the Environment Admin role to the user within your Flow Environment. More details about assigning Environment role within Flow environment, please check the following article:

    Manage existing environments

If you want to assign Flow run-only permission to a user, please take a try with the following steps:

    • Select a specific flow within "My flows" tab (or "Team flows" tab) to go to the flow properties page on your side.
    • Directly within the "MANAGE RUN-ONLY USERS" box at the bottom right, click "Add another user":1.JPG

    • Right pop-up panel would show up.
    1. Within the "Invite users or groups" box, type the user(s) or groups with whom you want to share the flow (Run-Only).
    2. You probably want to specify that the existing connection be used (rather than having users supply), you should click the dropdown box under each connection and select "use this connection"
    3. Click "Save" button.2.JPG

The user @ScottShearer has made a response to a similar question, please check if the following thread would help in your scenario:
