How to build an AI flow to open hyperlink in Excel and extract invoice information?

I have a daily task. I download a report in Excel. I click on the hyperlink in column Q. It opens a website. I click on the link on the website to see the invoice. I added new columns in the excel, and I record the invoice information such as vendor name, invoice number, total amount and Ship to on the new columns (AF to AI). I learnt how to extract invoice information from images, but how to automate the part of work in front of it? The invoice image is tiff. Thank you!

I just downloaded the desktop version of Power Automate. What is the flow to be for the first part of the process? How to open hyperlink in excel to read invoice information? Thanks.

Dont think you can do this sort of clicking on web pages using Power Automate cloud. You need to look at Power Automate desktop.
