Hi,
I have content approval switched on in our SP Online site pages library. I have created a power automate approval workflow attached to this library which uses the Out Of The Box power automate workflow template.
This has been working fine and offers 3 ways to approve an item:
1) Approve via Teams notification
2) Approve via email Notification
3) Approve by selecting the 'Review Approvals' Tab on the SharePoint page
Suddenly the latter option (Review Approvals tab) does not give an option to approve it, it shows this message instead:
The item is still available to approve via email/teams notification so it is definately still awaiting approval, but the option to do it from here has dissapeared! (this is the most convenient way for us to approve)
Has anyone else come across this recently? Help! (I have attached my workflow to the end of this post)
