Send email with content of list item when status is changed

Hi all

 

I have a problem with my flow. It is being triggered when the status of an MS List item is changed --> Ready to send answer = yes

That works well. But when another item is changed as well in the List it sometimes trigger to send the email again. Don't know why though.

 

Could someone pls help?

    Hi @Daniel50 

     

    You can use "Get changes for an item or a file (properties only)" action to check which column has been changed and accordingly execute action.

    The output of this action will be used in condition action to test which columns has been changed.
