Send an email based on date from sharepoint list

Hello, I am trying to make a notification that goes out for all items that are 90 days away based on the ISP Imp Date. The problem I'm having is when I test run the flow, it doesn't do anything. It will have about 19 entries from the 'get items' that it should send an email for, but it just gets stuck and eventually fails due to timeout. I should mention that the filter I made will be 90 days. I'm just using 86 because that's on Feb 1 which is where all of the entries start. Here's what I have now:

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

    Hi @stolliver ,

I just solved this a couple hours ago in another flow, except it was 5 days before.  Change that to 90 and you can use it as-is.  Use the bottom flow that sends the email, not the first reply that sends a notification.

I changed the filter to 90 and added a test entry for feb 5. I have the email address set as my own, but I haven't received anything yet though.

This is where it just gets stuck. There's only 1 entry, the one I made just now for Feb 5, but it can't seem to finish the flow.

    Hi @stolliver ,

I am assuming there's an issue in one of the following:  1) your expression or 2) your send notification action.

I just changed that flow I send you the link to from 5 days to 90 days, and then changed own of the items on a Date/Time column to 2/5/2024 and I received the following test email.

Please share this screen like this:

Next, please share your expanded notification action inside the apply to each (or for each) or the send email action expanded.  Again, there are only two elements here:  the expression and the action.  One of them is not working.

Also, verify you entered 2/5/2024 and not 2/5/2023 by mistake.  The first time I entered 2023 and is a common issue in future date testing.

You should be able to see my flow in the original screenshot. Here it is again just in case.

    And here's the current one:

It looks like your Power Automate is a little different with the filter query. Perhaps that's the issue?
