Can you share a screenshot of the flow or the json of the adaptive card which you are using in your setup?

This will help us troubleshoot and find a solution to your issue.

I have a sequential approval that first goes to the manager of the requestor.  At times, the manager is also the final approver.  Since the sequential approval will fail since the same email could be in the approval chain more than once, I created Outlook group emails (DigitalPOApprover) for the approvals.  This is where I believe the error begins.  In the Post Adaptive Card in Chat or Channel, I switched the Post as Flowbot to Post as User and resolved the JSON.  However, since I am using Outlook group emails, could that be why the Post Adaptive Card is failing?  Is there a better practice to notify these groups of an incoming approval request than an adaptive card if this won't work?

See attached screenshots and thank you for your attention to this. :)
