Were you able to get this working? I was going to ask if you can reproduce this in Visual Studio XXX as an error?
Normally I see this in caching issues, or if its the wrong version. I don't really have a lot to go on with the above as it doesnt state to what you are connecting too or attempting to do once connected.
I am wondering if the workspace is enabled to allow you to do this.
