How to add choose approver options while sending mail using Gmail connector

Actually I want to send an email for approval with options approved and reject. How will I initiate while using Gmail. And the records are stored in google sheets. 

Please Note:- I'm not using SharePoint list and Office 365 Outlook due to some permission issues.
