Cannot find custom document libraries in Teams SharePoint site

I'm trying to use the Get Files SharePoint connector to search for documents in a new document library I created in the Teams SharePoint site called Tank Cars.   This document library contains a look up column so I can filter by documents and send an email.

Site Contents:

GetFiles1.png

GetFiles.png

If I manually add the Document Library Name it throws an error at run time

GetFiles2.png

Results

GetFiles3.png

I don't have issues working with custom documents libraries and Power Automate in SharePoint sites, it seems the issue is getting a custom document library in the SharePoint site for Teams.

Anyone else seen this behavior?  Is there a workaround?   I'd rather not add columns specific to this document library to the Share Documents library used for the entire Team.

Thanks,

Andrew

@AndrewPwrB  i just did a quick test to see if custom document library created in teams site appears in Get Files action or not, and it does appear for me in the Get Files action Document library list. Could add new Get Files action and see if appears? or just try a new flow just to see if appears?

Anna, thanks for the reply.  I tried a new flow, and none of the SharePoint file connectors will see the list.

@AndrewB can you try below rest api in browser and see what you get

    <Full Site URL>/_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativeUrl('<RelativeSiteURL>/Tank Cars')/Files

Here replace <Full Site URL> with your actual teams site url

replace <RelativeSiteURL> with site relative URL, e.g. if you site URL is https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/teams1, then your RelativeSiteURL is /sites/teams1

Hello @annajhaveri  here is the URL

    GetFiles45.png

    https://<somecompany>.sharepoint.com/teams/COLLAB-SharedServices-RailCars/_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativeUrl('/teams/COLLAB-SharedServices-RailCars/Tank%20Cars')/Files

    And the results

    @annajhaveri

    Thanks for your help.

I was convinced this was a limitation.... Making the API call URL made me realize what I was doing wrong.  I created a shared channel inside the team.... meaning it has a different URL than the default Teams SharePoint Site. i.e.

    /teams/COLLAB-SharedServices should have been /teams/COLLAB-SharedServices-RailCars

RailCars is the name of the Shared Channel.  It slipped my mind that Shared Channels create a separate site.
