Hi guys,

I'm lost. The time out function did not worked out to my workflow. This is the scenario:

I'm creating two types approval where the first approval is intend to get the files to be review by few person(approval type: custom response-wait for all). This might require long period or probably assigned person might ignored the action and next approver would not receive the action.

From here, I set the time out to 1st approval flow with intention regardless how many response receive or not after certain period the flow will continue to next action. This is not happened as expected due to condition and expected status.

It only can happen if I change the approval type to first respond. The risked is if first person respond to the 1st approval, other person who is assigned in 1st approval will no longer to able to provide their response.

Anyone can advice me how I can achieve this? I share the workflow here. THANKS guys!
