This will be dependent on the connector you are using. Most of the email connectors available to Power Automate, like Office 365 Outlook, are not really geared for sending large quantities of Bulk email.

As @Pstork1 said, you will have problems trying to send e-mails to that many people with standard e-mail connectors. You should subscribe to a service such as MailChimp which is designed to handle sending out e-mail campaigns. It has a number of actions in Power Automate to allow you to manage the process.

Using the Outlook send e-mail action in Power Automate to send bulk emails to 3,000+ recipients isn’t ideal for several reasons:

Email Limits and Throttling: Outlook and Office 365 have strict limits on the number of emails that can be sent per day and the number of recipients per email. Exceeding these limits can result in your account being temporarily blocked from sending emails.

Deliverability Issues: Sending a large number of emails from a personal or business email account can trigger spam filters, reducing the likelihood that your emails will reach the recipients’ inboxes and damage your company's reputation score among the major email providers.

Lack of Advanced Features: Outlook’s email capabilities are limited compared to dedicated email marketing services. It lacks features like detailed analytics, A/B testing, and advanced segmentation, which are crucial for effective email marketing campaigns.

Performance and Reliability: Sending thousands of emails through Outlook can be slow and unreliable. Dedicated email marketing services are optimized for high-volume sending and ensure better performance and reliability.

Using a service like MailChimp through Power Automate offers several advantages:

High Deliverability: MailChimp is designed to handle large volumes of emails and has measures in place to ensure high deliverability rates.

Advanced Features: MailChimp provides a range of features such as customizable templates, detailed analytics, automation, and segmentation, which help in creating effective email campaigns.

Compliance and Security: MailChimp ensures compliance with email marketing regulations and provides robust security features to protect your data.

Integration with Power Automate: You can easily integrate MailChimp with Power Automate to automate your email marketing workflows, making it a seamless process.
