Schedule a flow in desktop without license.

Hello,

I have created a flow which refreshes my excel file and then sends an email.

Is there any way we can schedule it without any license?

No. A Premium license is needed to have any kind of triggers or schedules in PAD.

This is false. A Premium license is needed to run a flow via Task Scheduler, too.
