In Cloud flow I need to split the message if the length is more than 1600 .

Note :

Split - white space before 1600 limit and remaining left over will be second message. If the sub string of a message comes in between a word then go back and check the last white space instead of splitting the word.

I did a sample for you.

(split the message if the length is more than 15 .)

length(trim(variables('Var1')))

lastIndexOf(take(variables('Var1'),16),' ')

substring(variables('Var1'),0,add(outputs('Compose'),1))

length(variables('Var1'))

add(outputs('Compose'),2)

substring(variables('Var1'),add(outputs('Compose'),1))

In addition, you could use trim() to delete the last space character of each Item.
