Hello all,

I'm buliding a flow that sends a mail to particular person in every Wednesdays.

I was able to make a flow. But I need your help with taking a screenshot of an excel table.

The table will have all dates of the month in column with data in 10 rows.

I need to capture a screenshot or do something so that the email will have current week dates and next week dates attached as a image along with employee names which are in coulmn 1. I can't quite figure out this and not ever sure if powerautomate can do this. I don't have powerautomate desktop app and my it team won't install it.

Help me out 😢

Regards,

Praveen

Hi Praveen, rather than a screenshot you can create an HTML table from your excel data and include that instead. What will the recipient do with the information?

This would be created as follows:

    Scheduled flow trigger

    |

List rows present in a table

    |

Select (add the dynamic content of 'value' from your Excel table. Then map the necessary columns with the relating dynamic content from your table.)

    |

    Create HTML table

    |

Send an email - include the 'output dynamic content in your email.

    I hope that helps!

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. Appreciate your response.

It is a dashboard for my project and I need to report my current week progress and next week plan.

The issue I'm facing is I don't know how I can fetch only current week data and next week data. I need to send this to my client every Wednesday.

I need to have employee names in first column the rest of the columns will have current week plan for those employees and next week plan

    Hope you can understand.

    Regards,

    Praveen R S

Hi Praveen, you can use 'filter query' in the list rows present in a table connection.

    For example:

    Week eq 'formatDateTime(addDays(utcNow(),3),'yyyy-MM-dd')'

This will pull any items that meet these parameters. You can use a greater than and less than filter to find items in a certain range. Please check out this page: Every Power Automate (MS Flow) Filter Query You Ever Wanted To Know As A Functional Consultant – DIY D365
