I have an instant flow which generates a WORD document and is then saved into a Sharepoint document library. The same flow then picks up this Word document and converts it into a PDF with the Convert_Word_Document_to_PDF action. Until recently the flow worked fine however suddenly it stopped working and giving the following error:

"message""BadGateway",
            "innerError": {
                "status"502,
                "message""There was a problem connecting to Graph API. Please try again.\r\nclientRequestId: xxx",
                "error": {
                    "message""There was a problem connecting to Graph API. Please try again."
                },
                "source""wordonlinebusiness-we.azconn-we-002.p.azurewebsites.net"
}

The flow runs for about 3,5 hours and stops at the mentioned action after about 12 re-tries...

I also have some other flows which are run from Power Apps and are almost identical to the above flow and run without problems (generate WORD + convert to PDF).

Any clues on what could have gone wrong here?

    Thanks Michael!

    I checked below points but I don't find anything out of line...also as advised the flow was working perfectly fine till recently. We also have a very similar flow with an embeded power app accessing the same data and performing the same task which is running without problems (both instant flows).

    Are you able to share screenshots of the flow result?
