How to set up a recurring email including new Forms submissions

Hello,

I am setting up a Flow but it doesn't seem to work.

The idea is to have one email approval sent on each Friday 10am to ten people, with every new submission which has been entered into a specific Form in the past week.

What I realized is that by using Recurrence, the new submission is no longer a trigger of email. As a result, no email is sent at all. Could anyone please give me a hint on how to handle this?

There are 2 ways to do this:

    1) Use 2 separate flows and a sharepoint list - Have one flow that is triggered when a new form is submitted and save the answers in a list. Then use another flow which runs each week at 10am and retrieve the answers from the list which you can then send in the email

    2) Use a delay until option. When the response is submitted you can calculate the date of the closest friday using the current time function and day of the week function. Then use the 'delay until' option to delay your flow to be run at 10am on the calculated date.

    Hope this helps

Please I need help if you got a min, My req is slightly different, I couldn't avoid get items , I rather use Get Item so I can email each items separately . Each Item contains different POC so even if both conditions are met I want the email goes out separately not in a batch and it seems recurrence and get item doesn't work together. Get items ship all the records meet the condition in one email but I want to get each record from SP and email SP item in a table format to the POCs entered in the list people picker. Need to use the recurrence trigger at the same i need to email each item separately.

Any chance I can use  'When an item is created or modified ' as a trigger and  recurrence as an action  ? OR can i avoid Get items ? OR can retrieve a single record from Get items?

Delay until  action is too much headache since i will be triggering weekly, bi weekly, monthly, quarterly ,...at exact date and time. Too much expression and calculation  .

Thanks for the help in advance.
