Hi Microsoft Power users,
We have a SharePoint online site where we have provided permissions to external users to access document libraries for collaboration purposes and these users doesn't have Microsoft 365 subscriptions/accounts. Problem is we have created flow approvals using power automate for SharePoint and we wanted to share these flows to these external users so they can run it but it doesn't allow them to and they are getting this message.

1.) Is this a limitation with Power Automate?
2.) What are the work arounds to allow our external users to run the flows that we have created?
3.) Does these external users need to buy a Power Automate license, and if they do need to buy a license, is License by user enough to enable them run the flows?
4.) Do these external users need to only buy a Power Automate license or they need both the Microsoft 365 and Power Automate License?
