Hi all, im onto a new project now and looking for solution on the following scenario

Cant seems to find any correct solution, and hope to find one here. Here's my situation:

1. I have an approval process that will park the approved excel file into a sharepoint folder i designated

2. On a weekly basis (every monday), i want power automate to retrieve all the excel files from that folder, combine it into a master excel file and then send it out for higher management approval.

3. at the same time, i want the excel whose data has been used to combine to move to another folder.

right now, im trying to find a solution to combine all excel file into a master excel file.

these excel files has table formatting, and has the same header.

do you have a solution in mind?

    Hi @AndyYWS ,

I managed to create a flow for your reference. The prerequisite is you have an Excel file where includes an empty table with exact same columns as all these tables in weekly created excel files.

hi alex, i saw the template for encodian and not sure if it is free to use, so I didn't try it.

i tried to sign up for an account, but the sign up email is not coming through, no email in inbox or junk mail.

    can you share the following:

    1. is it free to use?

    2. can encodian uses dynamic file names in a folder because every week there might be multiple files created with dynamic naming, from the blog i don't see the example
