Access Is Denied when clicking the Reply All on an Email Activity

Hi All,

A user is trying to click the reply all button on an email activity in an account timeline but is getting the following error:

Access Is Denied

{0} with id {1} does not have {2} right(s) for record with id {3} of entity {4}. Consider assigning a role with the required access level to the user or team. For further troubleshooting, please work with a system administrator to use the Access Checker tool on this record: {5}. More details: {6}

What table does this permission correspond to? Account and Contact are both set to Organization for append and append to.

Follow up information, this only occurs when attempting to reply all to email activities that were created by another user.
