I am using PA Desktop to click through web pages. While clicking through, a new tab is opened for which I need to continue making selections. But, I can't seem to select the newly created tab to continue my flow. How do I go about doing this?

I have found this solution online and was still having trouble. I attempted to do the simplest which was to click the link and then use the Attach to running instance option of the previously mentioned browsers to attach the flow to the newly created tab.
I added this action but my next action is not executing on the new tab. I used attach to Chrome tab by title.
The URL is typically not the window title. For instance, this page's URL is powerusers.microsoft.com...
The window title is "Handle links that open new...."
When creating this command, use the "Select Window" feature to Ctrl+Left Click the open active window to get the proper title.
