HTTP Request in Power Automate takes too much time

Hi all,

actually I have problems to connect via HTTP request from my Power Automate to the SAP Business One Service layer. From time to time the HTTP requests takes over 10 minutes or is aborting the process step in my flow.

On the other hand the flow CAN run with good performance and the HTTP request only takes a few seconds or a minute or so.

The problem I have: It is unpredictable.

A request from Postman is running through in just 1 or 2 seconds.

Any thoughts?

Hi,
Verify your license if you already have the medium plan allocated to your flow, which comes from your license, to have a higher performance profile you will need to purchase the 'Power Automate per flow’ plan, and this one allows you to have the highest performance profile, with a maximum number of requests of 500 000 during the transition period, and then 250 000 requests after the transition period.

Here, Types of Power Automate licenses - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn, you can see described some of the best practices to build a Power Automate flow. However, when a flow runs thousands of actions daily, it is advised to consider purchasing a ‘Per Flow’ license, as I stated above.

Hi Gill,
thanks for your reply.
I will check this. Per day will generate roughly 50.000+- requests.
