Wanting Calendar Meeting Buffers

I have been trying to build a flow and when I get it to work, it adds the buffer meetings hours later instead of next to the meeting it's buffering.  Here are the steps I've taken to build it:

1.  Navigate to Power Automate > Click My Flow > Click on New Flow > Automated Cloud Flow

2.  Give my flow a name "Meeting Buffer" > Trigger = "When a new event is added, updated or deleted in a Calendar (V3) Office 365 Outlook > Create

3.  Select my Calendar

4.  New Step > Control > Condition

     A.  I have tried numerous conditions such as subject contains "Config", Categories starts with "EXTERNAL" - nothing seems to work here (for this example, I used Subject Contains "Config" (of course I am not using quotation marks)

     B.  I'd also potentially want a control that the meeting has to be a minimum 2 hours for this to trigger but I cannot figure that one out.

5.  If No, Terminate

6.  If Yes, Create Event (V4) Office 365 Outlook

     A.  Select my calendar

     B.  Subject = Post Meeting Buffer

     C.  Start Time = End Time

     D.  End Time = addMinutes(triggerOutputs()?['body/end'],15)  FYI I have also tried addMinutes(triggerBody()?['end'],15) with similar results

     E.  Time Zone = (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)

     F.  Save

7.  Test the flow Manually

     A.  Navigate to my calendar

     B.  Create event for 7/7/2023 11:00 - 11:30 am Central Time (US & Canada); Title Config Test > Send

     C.  Flow run failed on the condition

When I have had it succeed, it is always hours after the event.  When I try to edit the flow, it has always failed after that.  I seem to be stuck and confused.

Ideally, I'd like the trigger to be on my categories (I created one called "Agency UTE Hours") and for any meeting over 2 hours, with a 15 minute buffer before and after.

I've already spend 3 hours trying to figure this out over 3 days and I'm stuck.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
