Send email after xx number days from start date, xx days again after first email, and 10 days before project end. But only if project spans over 90 days

Hi

I need to create a flow, which:

1. Sends an email after 20 days of project start

2. Sends a recurring mail every 30 days after the first mail is sent

3. Send a mail 10 days before project end.

However it should only send all these mails if the project is over 90 days long. And it should not send the last email close to the every 30 mails it has sent.

Is it possible and how

hope it makes sense

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @JoanOH ,

    Is your data-source Dataverse?

If yes, you can use Advanced Find and extract FetchXML for the requirement.

Step 1: In FetchXML, use specific date [as you will be calculating this to make dynamic in flow], make sure your fetchXML is correct

Step 2: In your flow, create scheduled flow that runs everyday

Step 3: Set your variables that captures today's date.

Step 4: Use 'List Rows' and apply your FetchXML, substitute your date and check if required conditions are met.

    Step 5: Send Email

I hope this flow is suitable in your scenario

Is it something you can show how? Not sure how to

    Hi @JoanOH ,

Is the 3 points that you mentioned is the exact requirement?

If yes, I'll draft the flowchart so you can refer and make the flow.

Note: based on your requirement #2 ("Sends a recurring mail every 30 days after the first mail is sent") you need to capture this date in a field. so will be using that to send recurring email in 30 days of duration.
