Unable to send shortcut keys via Power FX

Sorry if my English is not good enough to understand you.

I have PowerFX On when creating a flow in PAD.
The shortcuts are set in the destination window but do not work properly.

[I want to do the following]
I want to send Ctrl+F4 to Edge.

[Settings]
Target: Foreground window
Text: {{F4}}
Delay: 10
Hardware Button: ON/OFF

[Attempt]
1. "Use Hardware Key ON/OFF
2. When the target window is set to "Notepad" and executed, the F4 key is output as "{{F4}}".
3. Since the Ctrl key is locked, it will confirm that Ctrl is pressed.
4. This value was automatically set by [Insert Special Key].
This function is also found in "Get Window" and is surrounded by % when setting the target instance. This means that the wrong settings are applied.
I am not sure how to set it, although it may be different in this case as well.

Please help me.

    Try this:
    {Alt}({F4})
    {Control}({F4})

Thank you so much, I was able to solve the problem thanks to you!
I chose this method because I don't know how to close open tabs. Thank you!

    Great to hear!
Another shortcut key to close tabs is Ctrl + W
    {Control}({W})
