Power automate - Flow to run during operating hours

Currently have a flow triggered by incoming email, is it possible for this flow to only run during operating hours? (between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday only?

After your trigger you could have a control which only proceeds when the time element of utcnow() is between the hours you need.
