Convert Word to Editable PDF?

Hi,

I have a flow that works great converting a Word to a PDF - what I want to know is if it's possible to convert Word to PDF so that anyone can open the PDF form and fill it out online instead of having to print and write on it??

Thanks!

What you want to do isn't possible. But by using a different approach, it totally is. Instead of using a PDF or document at all, why not use Microsoft Forms (or any form engine) to collect the data and then generate the completed form in word with the results? That would be easy to do.

Thanks if it's not possible that's fine I will work around it for now.

We have started converting our forms to Microsoft Forms but a long way off getting all our HR, Finance etc. forms up!

This was a more interesting question than I first realised. I just created a PDF form using Acrobat Reader, filled it out and submitted the form contents directly into a flow. So if you have fillable PDF forms than you could convert them to be processed by Power Automate. I am going to do a blog post on it.
