Thanks for the reply but I'm looking for something a little easier as I'm new to all of this.
I think I may have found my solution.
Can I mark my own reply comment as the solution to my own question I wonder?
Anyways for those who read this looking for the solution I will explain what I found.
I was using power automate desktop.
Desktop does not seem to have any connectors.
When I logged into office.com then clicked on the top 9 dots in the top left corner.
clicked all apps
clicked power automate.
then created a flow as a cloudflow not a desktop flow I found all the connectors I needed.
Important notes:
I was using the free office.com account with my outlook email account.
To get data from the excel spreadsheet i created using a free account i had to seach for excel then excel one drive was shown as a connector. otherwise you only see excel business which you need a business account for.
then i searched for gmail and had to connect my gmail account i wanted to use to send the emails.
this was easily done.
It worked!
When I tested it a second time sending to a different email address (an gmail address with promotions tab)
it also worked (as a test) but I got an error that it failed because it didn't have a To: email address which it obviously did because it worked and you will see in the screenshot I took for you.
The screenshot also shows the flow.
I am looking for help on how to add a wait between emails so if I send many emails they do not all go out at once and get marked as spam.
This test not only worked but it worked getting the email into the INBOX not spam or the promotions tab.
This was a gmail account. When i run the actual flow I will be setting up a google workspace account to send emails from.
If anyone knows how and where I should add the wait to this flow please let me know.
Tony
PS- I figured out how to create this flow from a youtube video
