Can I use Navigate and ClearCollect together?

Hi,

I have created a collection as "LoanChart" as a copy of my SP list "Loan Table". Then I tried below formula in to a button. But give me an error,

 

Navigate(LoanReport,ScreenTransition.Cover) & ClearCollect(LoanChart,'Loan Table')
