Ms flow running history shows success but not moving on the next step, is grayed out.

Hello,

I am facing a problem with almost all my flows, suddenly in the middle of the process and after some steps being in success status, next step is not triggered and grayed out without warnings. Please help.

Hi @Mpap ,

Regarding the first question, we are waiting for a reply from PG. Regarding the second question, it seems that relying on screenshots can't understand what is going on. Can you provide more details so that I can understand it?

Hello,
I am facing the same issue as in the link you mentioned. I know that flow is working with approvals but i have 2 problems. The one is that i cannot see the running history as i have already told you and the second one is that the update in sharepoint actions before the approvals don't work because i can see specific fields not updating. Please help, i have mayn flows to check and i cannot...

Hello,
What do you mean in the branch?I have 10 approvals in 10 steps and on every approve outcome it moves on the next step. Two weeks ago i was able to see in which step is the flow process,now i can see only grayed out steps or some with green circle and the other grayed out.

Hi @Mpap ,

Is there an Approval action configured in the branch? if, we could reproduce the same situation on my side and we have reported this to PG to confirm this is by design or an issue needs to be fixed.

Until now, there was an orange circle on the right corner like a clock, when a step was in pending status. From now on,it will be grayed out as shown in my snip pic???

Hi @Mpap ,

For long running processes it shows grayed out during execution but once it is completed it shows tick symbol. Please reopen the instance from the list again .
