Right now you can't connect to a sharepoint task list. is this by design??

Yes, you can connect to task lists. You just have to manually type in the name of the list when you add the data source.

Yeah, we've tried different ways of getting into the task list, but they dont appear anymore it seems. Here is a screenshot of the sharepoint site with it not showing up as well as powerapps.
Maybe that's the thing, its not a custom list, its a task list? We've tried that and it still doesn't come up.
