Trigger Phrase analyzing part of the phrase

Is there any workaround to trigger a topic based on the evaluation of the first characters of a question in the BOT? For example if someone writes "ID1234", the bot identifies that the first 2 chars are "ID" and that will trigger an specific topic.

    Hi @ezequiel ,

     

    No, unfortunately.

    You can test using spaced words because the idea is to have phrases with 5 words or more that your bot understands depending on the words sent by the user which words fit better in the topics.
