Problem with running flow

Hi everyone,

I ran into a recurring problem. Every time I try to run flow, I get the following message:
An error occurred while running the flow. Restart the flow designer and try again.
Correlation Id: 3d4fb61a-d3ee-474e-a67a-65067541c90d

I have uninstalled and installed the PDA several times, and it still does not allow me to run the flow.

Even the help desk in my organization does not know how to handle the problem.

Has anyone encountered the problem and managed to solve it?

Thanks,

Have you tried running it outside the flow designer from the console? That is anyway the correct way to run a flow after it's done. We only run it from the designer while developing/debugging. It's much slower when running this way.

Also, I would suggest looking at the Application logs in the Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any PAD related error messages at around the time when your error is thrown. That might help finding more details.

Finally, it is probably a good idea to report this as a bug to MS support, if you cannot resolve it by reinstalling PAD and rebooting the machine.
