since I received such good help here earlier, I would like to ask you another question regarding an Approval Workflow.
My Flow is the following:
1.) A user fills out a Form and submits it (through Power Apps)
2.) The information is written into a Sharepoint list
3.) This triggers an Approval Email (send to Outlook), which the user has to confirm or decline
I have two problems with the attachments in that Flow (the errors only occur occasionally):
1.) Attachments are not saved into the Sharepoint List (even though attachment size limit is set to 50MB)
On several occasions, I had the problem that after a user submitted a form with attachments (about 20 MB), the attachments were not saved to the SharePoint list and thus got "lost" in the further Approval Flow. However, when I recreated the scenario with my administrator account, the exact same attachments were saved correctly each time. Might this be due to the different permissions (user vs. administrator)?
2.) Attachments are saved in the Sharepoint List, but not included in the Approval Email
The other problem is that attachments that were saved in the SharePoint list (even if they are around 20MB) are sometimes no longer sent in the approval email. Could this be due to Outlook itself? Because it's not possible to send attachments larger than 20MB?
Has anyone got any idea why this might be happening and how to fix it?
