Hello everyone and happy Tuesday.
I created an email that will send out a daily newsletter about open positions in the company. The newsletter is to be sent to a AD distribution list. Is it possible to pull the name of the recipient and add it to the bottom of the newsletter? For example the last line in the email would look like this:
This email was sent to Mickey_Mouse@disney.com from a DisneyHeadquarters@disney.com
^^distro recipient ^^shared mailbox sending email
As always, thank you for your time!
That makes sense. Thank you for your response. It may get overwhelming because from what i'm told, the distro has over 7k recipients.
Much appreciated.
Hi,
The only way I can think of that this would be possible is if you ran it as a for each loop for each email, but then I am not certain that you would be able to easily pull all the emails of your AD list. Its probably possible but I personally cant think of a way to do it... You would have to pull a list of users into a variable and send an email individually to each user but I am not certain how this would be done. It is for sure not possible if you want to keep it to just 1 email sent out across an entire group.
Regards,
Alex
