I am Facing issue when i am trying to connect my outlook account to the Flows first i tried with same account after that i tried to use different accounts but still not connecting for more details i attached the screenshot of issue
The screen shot really doesn't provide any information for assisting you. Please show the action within your flow and the error message you are getting. When you say you tried to use different accounts, do you have different accounts to use within you Microsoft 365 tenant? If not, you cannot use another account; the action will run on the account of the owner of the flow by default.
If you do have other accounts, you will need to add the other account as an owner of the flow, and then you can change the connection reference in the action to use the other account.
