I would like get a clear description of how to setup a notification as to when a file is checked out on sharepoint. I've seen some scattered answers but nothing super clear.
Note, it's not a flow to SEE what's checked out, but the moment someone checks out an item in sharepoint, have an email sent off. I see the Checkedout template but that's to get a list of files checked out.
And the Alert in Sharepoint doesn't work for items checked out, only checked in. So that is not an option.
Neither check out nor check in are available triggers
You can raise this requirement as an idea.
