Copy and Paste all files in one

Good afternoon, everyone well?
 
I have 200 excel files in csv and I need to put them all together, that is, create a flow, where the robot searches my file folder, copies the excel cells and pastes them into a new excel file (xlsx) and does this to all 200 files.
Can anyone help?
