Hello Expert!

My flow is not working .

It seem he cannot read  or validate the first condition , therefore he cannot send the email.

The other condition are not met  and  the error : ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Condition_3' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

Why can he not read the first  condition ?

Do you have suggestion ?

Thank you !

If we check the output of the Case creation in the Flow run history, we can see the casetypecode is number, and subject(value) is guid, so if we try to verify whether they are string value, we will keep failing.

Please follow the below screenshot as an example to update your flow and check whether it works or not.Snipaste_2020-02-21_13-29-24.jpg

The problem the case incident is set up to filter the incident by case type and those type are option set .

When you create a case, the Subject(Value) is a GUID. How about to retrieve the Subject with the GUID first and then check the title of the Subject record?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Does the Case type column is a Choice type column?

If yes, please take a try to choose the Case Type Value dynamic content from the trigger in the Condition and compare it with Problem.

    Best regards,

    Alice
