Using power automate to validate data between sharepoint list and excel sheet

I'm a newbie to power automate and weak in excel formulas. Would appreciate if anyone could help me with this.

 

I have created a sharepoint list for user to key in data. Out of the many columns, 4 columns consist of currency 1, currency 2, date 1 and date 2. Separately I have an excel sheet consisting of the currencies public holidays.

 

Eg. Currency 1 = USD , Currency 2 = AUD, Date 1 = 01/01/2021, Date 2 = 04/01/2021

 

Would like power automate to extract data out from this specific 4 columns and check against my excel sheet whether it is a USD and AUD public holiday on 01/01 and 04/01. If it is a public holiday notify through teams channel. If not, proceed with the next step.
