Hi all,

Im creating a request and send it for approval, once the approver, Approve/Reject the request, i have send email component. Im that im sending mail to the requestor about the status(Approve/Reject) for the request. In send mail component, "From" field its showing the Flow Owner name, not the response approver name. How to change the send email component "From" field.

Can you share details on what trigger you are using? Are you able to add run only users to the flow? If so, you can specify the connection to be used for the flow by configuring the run only users.

If not, You can still use the requestor field to add the person email address that is requesting the approval and it will include those details:

Note that in this case the approval email will be still sent by the owner of the flow but it will have line to say who requested the approval by including the email in the requestor field.
