Not update properties in Word Template

Dear Experts,

I'm reaching out for some assistance with an issue I've encountered while using the 'Populate a Microsoft Word Template (Premium)' action under the 'Word Online (Business)' connector. I've created a document template in .docx format with a single property from the 'Developer' ribbon in Word and saved it to both SharePoint and OneDrive for testing purposes. Although the flow runs successfully, the property in the document is not being updated as expected.

I've double-checked the setup and can't seem to pinpoint the cause of this problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have any insights on what might be going wrong?

Your help in identifying and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support and guidance.

Best Regards,
Zayar

I encountered similar issue multiple times.
    You can try following:
    1. Make sure that the inserted text field is plain text and not rich text.
    2. Try and remove the action and add it again.
    3. Add a delay between populate, create and convert to PDF action for the action to finish.
Most of the time when I remove the action and add it again, it works without any issues.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers!

As @narayan225 said, be sure it is a plain text field. Can you also show how you have the field formatted int Word document. It should like something like this:

    Dear Both,

I actually used the plain text properties as you have shown in the screenshot but no luck.

Let me try it again and keep you posted.

    Thanks for your suggestion though.

    Best Regards,
    Zayar
