I'm getting the following error when trying to send an email through PA
Go to the M 365 admin center then go to Tems & Groups then Shared mailboxes.
Click on the shared mailbox name or create one.
On the right side of the panel enable the 'Manage mailbox permissions' and add the user who is connected to the flow.
This worked for me after about 30 minutes after enabling, hope it helps.
I solved my issue. You cannot set up the flow with the action "Send from a shared mailbox". Instead, set it up with "Send an email". This set's up the flow to send from your own email. Under advance settings you can then choose to to send from the shared email under the "From" field and also set it up to for reply to go to the shared email by putting the email in the "reply to" field. Once I made this change on the actions the flow worked perfectly since I have "Send As" permission.
Similar issue. I am the creator of the flow. I am trying to make it so the email comes from a shared box. I have received confirmation from my admin that I now have "send as" permission and when I send an email from the shared box it shows correctly. However, when I create the flow I am still getting this error.
Hi @lee-martin , could you provide details as to how you resolved this?
Thanks!
@lee-martin Could you please share how you specifically modified the flow? We continue to see this error even after trying the "copy the flow and run that" solution that had been proposed in other "solutions" listed in the community.
@v-liwei-msft this really isn't a "solution" as it does not provide details on what the user did to resolve the issue. Is there a way that we can have an actual solution posted please?
Thanks!
Hi @lee-martin
Could you comment, how did you change the flow, maybe some reference (URL) that I could leave and share, to give as a solution to the problem initially indicated.
Thanks
@Anonymous
We did not authorize the service, we changed how the flow worked
Hi @lee-martin
It w ould be good if you could post how you authorize the service.
This should be done with each user account (1-1,000,000,000)...wouldn't it be better automatically?
Look this (but don't is enough):

Thanks 👍
@lee-martin wrote:Error turned out to be the Mailbox not authorising the service accounts to send email
Was this a setting on the mailbox itself or a tenant level option?
Hi @lee-martin
Glad to see you solved the problem.
You could mark your answer/solution as a 'Solution' to allow more people with the same problem to solve their own problem as quickly as possible. Thank you so much! ! !
