Sending a copy of completed MS Forms response as an attachment in an email

Hi,

I'm trying to create a flow where a line manager completes an MS Forms response and once submitted the individual receives an email with an attachment that is the completed MS Forms response which can be either in a Word or PDF document.

Please can you advise if this is possible and how I go about doing this.

    Create an Automated Flow:

Step 1 (trigger) - When a new response is submitted
Step 2 - Get response details

Step 3 - Convert HTML to PDF (Encodian)

Step 4 - Send email (+ Add attachment from file created in Step 3)

    See below:

Please note Encodian is free for 50 runs a month - any more will require a licence which is far more affordable than using the Microsoft Word (Business) connectors to do the same job.

Lastly - if you don't want the responses as an attachment, but rather to be written in the body of the email, then you won't require any premium connectors and will be a very simple process.

    Regards!

    Hi @AT9

If you are looking for a free method, you can try watching my video here.  Note that during the video I create both a Word Doc and PDF.

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
    Cheers,
    Damien
