Unable to connect MS Form trigger for a flow in a personal free account

Hi there,

I'm trying to add a MS Forms trigger for my flow, but I can't. These are the error messages I got so far:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '7ab7862c-4c57-491e-8a45-d52a7e023983' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

When I try to create a new connection, I got this message:

AADSTS500200: User account 'xxx' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.
I'm using a free PA account, but my understanding was that MS Forms are supported in a free personal account.

Tried to log in/out but never helped. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Many thanks for your thoughts!
Sergey

    Hi,

The issue is, that the Browser / Tab you are in, seems to be logged in to a Corporate Tenant / non Personal Tenant.
So it thinks you are trying to add it via a Non-Tenant Account

Make sure you are using an incognito, private browser, and make sure the browser and its tabs are NOT logged in as anything but your personal accont

Thats why you are getting the error.
