Hey all!

I am super green on this so I apologize. I built a flow and it is getting stuck on the trigger. Doesn't run and i received this notice from copilot.

Microsoft Forms Connector is Disabled in Your Tenant

This is a tenant-level setting that only a Microsoft 365 Global Admin or Power Platform Admin can change.

Says Microsoft forms connector is likely disabled...Can I handle that or is that an IT question?

Thanks!

The error message means pretty much exactly what it says. The tenant admins at your company have disabled this feature. That is something your IT department needs to address, as it will need to be someone who has access to the admin center. Where I work, that is strictly limited, and the admins need to get approval to access the admin center.

    What @David_MA said is true.

However, let me add that, are you doing this in the Default environment? Many times this environment is locked down on purpose so you need another to create what you are doing.

So you may not need them to enable it, but instead enable you to have an environment where you can do your work (either a dev, and or they may have one they need to add you too)

@Michael E. Gernaey thanks for adding the extra information. I have a question on what you said. How do you lock down the default environment?

To our knowledge this is not possible. We don't want people to create flows in the default as we work in an industry that has to follow too many government regulations to think about. What we do is when someone creates a flow or app in the default environment, a flow sends an e-mail to the owner with our corporate policies and the terms of use they agreed to that the default environment is not to be used. It then deletes what they created. They usually don't create anything else there again when that happens :-)

The process that sends the e-mail and deletes things takes into consideration flows that will only work in the default, such as for selected item flows.
